Reatcode Group, with its popular Workearly brand, has announced € 1.1 million in funding led by Metavallon VC. This is the first funding for the company, which was founded by Efthymis Vafeiadis and Dimitris Kyriakatis in 2019 and has since grown organically, having already trained over 17,000 professionals with 70 programs it has created and served over 200 companies with customized training programs for their staff. The capital from the funding will be used to strengthen the team, further develop the technology product and commercially expand the company to corporate clients and overseas.

The education market is evolving rapidly and globally is expected to reach € 340 billion by 2026. The challenges facing the sector are multiple. According to international statistics, 90% of people who attend upskilling training programs never complete them. Moreover, trainees feel fearful about developing new skills and when they do try, they realize that they do not correspond to real job needs.

Reatcode was founded in 2019 with the vision to bridge the gap between academic education and the labor market, helping professionals advance or change career paths with improved prospects. Over the past four years, the company has developed mechanisms and content, incorporating artificial intelligence, to offer fully personalized training programs tailored to the needs and objectives of each trainee, whether they are individuals or company employees.

Today, Workearly is Greece’s top choice for upskilling and reskilling, boasting completion rates three times the market average, high customer satisfaction, and a significant percentage of repeat customers, with 1 in 3 professionals returning for additional programs. Its unique, fun, and interactive training methods, along with strong job market integration, set Workearly apart from other platforms.

Leveraging AI, Workearly blends a creative team with advanced algorithms to deliver a game-like learning experience tailored to each learner’s background and personal goals. This approach ensures total personalization by evaluating and updating specific metrics daily. Continuous feedback and comprehension checks enhance automation and enable the ongoing creation of new training material, ensuring that the learning experience is both adaptive and engaging.

Workearly’s advanced mechanism offers endless possibilities for creating new learning experiences, such as professional skill labs and complete programs, in just a few days. By incorporating user feedback, Workearly can generate multiple content versions using Generative AI and Augmented Generation. A significant portion of the investment will enhance its technology, focusing on improved learner customization and satisfaction, and exploring innovative AI applications to elevate the educational experience!
